1. Who we are

Manipulator¹ is a service of:

In these terms, "we" and "us" means Manipulator¹ and the company above. "You" means the person or company using this website or working with us.

2. What we do

We turn rough photos of industrial products into professional, consistent imagery for websites, webshops, marketplaces and catalogues, together with the metadata that helps search engines and AI search understand your products. You send us your photos; we do the work with our own tools and workflow and deliver the results. There is nothing for you to learn, buy or install.

3. How it works

• Analyse a photo. When you upload a photo on this website, we create a draft Delivery Sheet: an automatic first assessment of your photo and a proposal for the improved images.
• Get in touch. If you'd like us to do the work, leave your details on the Delivery Sheet. We review it personally and send you a quote with the scope, price and delivery time.
• We produce. Once you accept the quote and we have all the photos we need, we create your images.
• We deliver. You receive the final images and their metadata in your Delivery Sheet, ready to download or share. One round of revisions is included.

4. What we expect from you

• Send photos of physical products. Any photo will do as a starting point, even a quick phone photo, as long as it shows the product.
• Only send material you're allowed to share: you own the photos, or have permission from whoever does. Please don't send photos showing people or other personal or confidential information you're not allowed to share.
• Give us correct contact details, so we can reach you about your request.
• Tell us what you need changed within the revision round, so we can finish your images as agreed.
• Use the website fairly: no automated mass uploads, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no unlawful content.

5. The automatic draft

The draft Delivery Sheet is written automatically by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from your photo, without review by a person. It is a first assessment and a proposal, not a quote or a promise of the final result, and it can contain mistakes. Please check product descriptions and ALT texts before you publish them.

Your photos are used only to prepare your Delivery Sheet and your images. Neither we nor Anthropic use them to train AI models.

6. What you get back

• The final images agreed in the quote, in the agreed formats, sizes and backgrounds.
• Metadata for every image: ALT texts, file names and product descriptions, ready to use on your website and in your catalogues.
• Everything collected in your Delivery Sheet, with a link you can share with colleagues, partners and agencies.
• One round of revisions. Further changes are quoted separately.
• Delivery typically within 5 working days after you accept the quote and we have all the photos we need. The quote states the delivery date for your project.

7. Price and payment

Analysing a photo and receiving a draft Delivery Sheet is free and without obligation. The work itself is priced in a quote for your project. Nothing can be ordered or paid for on this website, and we never ask for payment details here. We invoice as stated in the accepted quote.

8. Rights

• Your photos stay yours. You allow us to use them only to analyse them, prepare your Delivery Sheet and produce your images.
• Once paid, the final images are yours to use in any way, without time limit: on your website and in catalogues, in advertising, edited, or passed on to partners and resellers.
• You may freely use the draft Delivery Sheet and the texts in it, such as ALT texts and descriptions.
• We only show your images in our own portfolio or marketing with your permission.
• This website, our brand, and our tools and workflow remain ours.

9. How long we keep things

• Draft Delivery Sheets that don't lead to a request are deleted, together with the uploaded photo, 12 months after they were created.
• When you work with us, your Delivery Sheet and its images stay online for the lifetime of your product, for as long as we provide the service, so the link keeps working as your media archive.
• If we ever stop the service, we'll tell you in good time so you can download everything.
• You can ask us to delete a Delivery Sheet and its photos at any time: write to info@rva.ee.
• Delivery Sheet links are unlisted: they don't appear in search engines, but anyone you give the link to can open it. Share them with care.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep this website available and our work accurate, but we can't guarantee that the website is always available or error-free. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit.

These limits don't apply to damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, to harm to life or health, or where the law doesn't allow them. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

If someone makes a claim against us because material you sent us infringed their rights, you are responsible for that claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes that affect an ongoing project, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. The terms agreed in an accepted quote stay valid for that project.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are decided by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland, you keep the protection of the laws of your country and can also bring a claim there.
